Effective Late Fee Policy as of September 2007
A late fee of $25.00 for personal, small and medium groups will be assessed the day of the first workout should no payment be made; for large groups and teams this fee is $50.00. Due to the volume of athletes Billy trains, and the number of athletes who are missing payment deadlines, Billy is forced as a business to charge a fee to all that do not pay on time.

Team Workouts

All athletes must be on the roster of the team for workouts. There is a maximum of 16 athletes per team, and any additional players must pay $10 per workout. All payment must be made on or before the date of workout, no exceptions.

Effective Pricing August 21st, 2006
Single Team - $210 per workout / $180 for 4 workouts, per workout, paid up front (maximum of 16 players that all must be on the team roster)
Double Team - $150 per workout per team (maximum of 30 players)

More About Payments
All payments for 4 prepaid workouts must be paid in advance. For 4 prepaid workouts following another 4 prepaid workout series, the payment must be made on the 4th prepaid workout before the next 4 begin.

Open Workouts
Open workouts are $20 each, due on the day of workout. Please see the schedule for open workout times.

SAQ Training


Speed Agility and Quickness training is available in one-on-one packages as well as small, medium, and large groups. Please see below for pricing and further details. All payment must be made on or before the date of workout, no exceptions.

Personal Training (2 athletes)

$45 per session per person.
5 sessions @ $200 per person ($25 savings)
10 sessions @ $370 per person ($80 savings)

Small Group (3-4 athletes)

$35 per session per person.
5 session @ $150 per person ($25 savings)
10 sessions @ $270 per person ($80 savings)

Medium Group (5-8 athletes)

$30 per session per person.
5 sessions @ $125 per person ($25 savings)
10 sessions @ $220 per person ($80 savings)

Large Group (9-16 athletes)

$25 per session per person.
5 sessions @ $100 per person ($25 savings)
10 sessions @ $170 per person ($80 savings)

 

Adult Fitness Camp


Core, Resistance and Weight training is available for adults. Tuesday classes are offered. Classes are from 7:00pm to 8:15pm at a cost of $15.00. All payment must be made on or before the date of workout, no exceptions. Adult Fitness Camp is at Jeromes Gym.
